Emergency Call Taker Recruitment

We are recruiting Emergency Call Takers for our National Emergency Operations Centre in Tallaght and Ballyshannon.

This recruitment campaign is being run to create a national supplementary panel for Emergency Call Takers. The Emergency Call Taker is responsible for the efficient and effective call taking of Emergency, Intermediate Care and related calls and requests in order to meet service users’ needs in a timely manner and within the framework of policies, procedures and guidelines.

The Emergency Call Taker role offers a number of options for full time & part time work as well as permanent & specified purpose contracts, making this an ideal post for those who are in interested in a more flexible employment opportunity.
